I believe technology has one job: improve lives.

I have built companies focused on connection, opportunity, health and economic access, from shared experiences and relationship intelligence to instant cross-border payments, to organic food and career access for underserved students. I’ve learned that the best companies solve deeply human problems, from software to neuroscience to consumer products.

I turned down Jane Street and took a gap year to build Faramir because the world is giving AI real authority before it has built the systems to hold it accountable. Faramir is the safety harness for autonomous intelligence. We test internal artificial intelligence systems before deploying them, then monitor and stop them in production if they access the wrong data, misuse tools, or act outside of their authority. 

Make AI powerful enough to improve lives but accountable enough to be trusted.

I was fascinated by how video games work and started building at 13. I learned Blender, Maya, Lua, Unreal Engine and Roblox Studio on YouTube, calls with my uncle who built the popular first person shooter Crossfire and nights of trial and errors. I built games that had over 350,000 players, with games I worked on accumulating over 20,000,000 players.

Since then I have co-founded technology, worked on consumer products and social impact companies including: Memry, Belluh AI, Tor Labs, Chenpicun and PathExplorer. I've also done research on machine learning-based optimization at Princeton and on neuroimaging research at Harvard.

My approach is based on a single principle: find a human problem worth solving, learn whatever you need, and build the system that makes life better.
